Read Storage

Essential for accessing and displaying your photos and videos stored on your device within the gallery interface. All file access is read-only and local.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Write Storage

Required for file management operations including organizing, moving, deleting, and renaming your photos and videos. All operations are performed locally on your device.

MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Manage Storage

Enables advanced file management capabilities for complete gallery organization and media file operations. This permission never grants external access — all actions remain on your device.

Third-Party Service Disclosure

Photo Gallery integrates a small number of third-party services to support app stability and free access. Each provider acts as an independent data controller governed by their own privacy policy.

AdMob

Google AdMob — Advertising

Used to display advertisements that support free access to the app. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, device information, and general location (country/region inferred from IP) to serve relevant ads. Your personal photos and media are never accessible to AdMob. You can opt out of personalized ads via Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. Crashlytics

Firebase Crashlytics — Crash Reporting

Used to monitor app stability and diagnose bugs so we can ship faster fixes. Crashlytics collects crash traces, device state at the time of a crash (OS version, device model, app version), and non-fatal error logs. We do not integrate any cloud storage, iCloud sync, or data-sharing partnerships. Your media files remain entirely on your device regardless of these integrations.

Data Retention Guidelines

Since we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no data retention on our servers — because we have no servers that store your data.

All your photos, videos, and media organization preferences remain exclusively on your device under your complete control. Uninstalling the app removes all app-related data from your device entirely.

Photo Gallery is suitable for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information or account data, there are no age restrictions or special data-handling considerations for child users.
